Contribution Rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., CURRENT green card holder).

  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

  3. I am at least eighteen years old.

  4. I am not a federal contractor.

  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

Contributions to RICHOZ FOR CONGRESS will be allocated as follows:

Any contributor may designate THEIR contribution for a particular ASPECT OF OUR CAMPAIGN OR TO THE GENERAL FUNDING OF IT. NOT TO exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any CANDIDATE.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer oF individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

RICHOZ FOR CONGRESS may not accept contributions from foreign nationals or federal contractors.

3% Cover the Fee

PLEASE NOTE: The Federal Election Commission (FEC) requires campaigns to report and disclose the identity of contributors to ensure transparency. 

  • Over $50: For federal races, candidates and political committees must report the full name and address of any person who contributes more than $50 in an election cycle.

  • Over $200: For federal candidates, the campaign must itemize and publicly disclose the name, address, and employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle
